MysteryBox (the “Platform”) is a digital mystery-box entertainment service operated by (“we”, “us”, “our”), with registered address at .

By creating an account, depositing funds, opening a box, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our related Policies (Privacy, Refund, Shipping, Eligibility, KYC/AML, Cookies, and Responsible Use).

You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your place of residence, to use the Platform.

The service is not available where it is prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for confirming that your use of the Platform is lawful in your country, state, or territory. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where we believe the service is restricted or unlawful.

Mystery Boxes are digital products. Each box has a displayed price. After you pay and open a box, the Platform reveals one prize from that box’s published prize pool according to the odds or reward rules shown for that box.

Prizes are selected at random (or under disclosed draw-pool rules). The prize you receive may have a retail or displayed value that is higher, lower, or different from the price you paid for the box.

Before purchase, we display the box price and, to the extent our model allows, prize or product information (items in the pool, displayed values, and applicable odds or reward rules). You are responsible for reviewing that information before paying.

This service is entertainment. It is not an investment product, banking product, income opportunity, or a guarantee of profit.

We do not guarantee that any prize will have a particular resale value, market value, or return relative to the price paid. Purchase does not promise “guaranteed wins,” “guaranteed returns,” or similar outcomes.

Prices for boxes and deposits are shown on the Platform before you confirm payment. Unless otherwise stated, amounts are denominated in United States Dollars (USD).

No separate platform processing fee or sales tax is added at checkout unless expressly displayed before you pay. Import duties or carrier fees may apply later only if you ship a physical prize (see the Shipping and Delivery Policy).

Supported deposit methods include Stripe (card and other methods Stripe enables for our account) and BTCPay Server (cryptocurrency), where available in your region and account status.

Wallet balance is credited only after the payment provider confirms the payment — not merely when you return from a checkout page. Failed, expired, or canceled payments do not credit your wallet.

Payment processing is handled by the applicable provider under their terms. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person is required unless we expressly authorize otherwise.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: creating or using multiple accounts to abuse promotions or limits; fraud; using stolen or unauthorized payment instruments; chargeback abuse; exploiting bugs or unintended platform behavior; reverse engineering for unfair advantage; harassment; money laundering; or any illegal activity.

We may freeze balances, cancel openings, void promotions, require verification, suspend features, or close accounts when we detect or reasonably suspect prohibited conduct, legal risk, or policy violations, subject to applicable law.

You may request account restriction or closure by contacting support (see Contact). Certain holds may remain where needed for compliance, disputes, or unfinished transactions.

After you open a box, the prize is shown in your account (typically inventory). Depending on prize type and Platform features, you may be able to request physical shipping for shippable prizes, and/or sell a prize back to the Platform for wallet credit where that feature is offered.

If sell-back is available, the sell-back value is shown before you confirm and may be lower than a stated retail or displayed value. Shipping rules are in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Platform content, branding, software, and materials are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for personal, lawful entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, scrape, or exploit Platform content for commercial use without our prior written consent.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Platform is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of , United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.

Contact first to resolve disputes. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

We may update these Terms and related Policies. The “Last updated” date and policy version (2026.07.26.3) identify the current text. Material changes may be communicated via the Platform or email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law.
